includes a professional DJ with MC duties, high-quality sound equipment (speakers, mixers, mics, backups), customized music playlists (including "do-not-play" lists), dance floor lighting, detailed planning sessions, and on-site setup/breakdown for the ceremony (if needed), cocktail hour, and reception to manage the flow and atmosphere of the entire event.

  • Timeline Management: Coordinates with other vendors and cues events throughout the night.

  • Custom Music: Creation of tailored playlists, including must-play and "do-not-play" lists. 

Equipment & Technicals:

  • Pro Audio System: High-quality speakers, mixers, and controllers for clear sound.

  • Microphones Wireless mics for toasts and officiant (often with backups).

  • Dance Floor Lighting Basic lighting to create atmosphere.

  • Backup Gear: Spare cables, mics, laptops, and other essentials to prevent failures.

  • Setup & Breakdown: Professional setup, sound checks, cable management, and teardown.
