A complete, "concierge-style" service from engagement to grand exit. This package covers every logistical and creative detail, typically involving 150-175+ hours of dedicated work.
Venue & Vendor Curation: Scouting, vetting, and booking the "dream team" (venues, catering, photography). Includes management and contract negotiation.
Full Design & Worldbuilding: Story-driven concept development with a 2026-specific "saturated color" and sensory design scheme.
Administrative Heavy Lifting: Budget tracking, contract negotiation, RSVP management, and hotel block coordination.
On-site Command: Lead planner plus 1-2 assistants on-site for 10+ hours for seamless execution.
Best for busy, high-net-worth couples who want a hands-off, stress-free experience. It eliminates decision fatigue by providing a single point of contact for all 20+ vendors. Also includes access to our preferred vendor network with priority booking, personalized wedding weekend itinerary (welcome party, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch, etc.), emergency kit, timeline packets, and concierge-level guest support.
The Aesthete
This is a "pure creative" engagement, focusing exclusively on the visual, tactile, and sensory identity of the wedding. Unlike the Collaborator, the Aesthete focuses 100% on the look and feel.
Visual Worldbuilding: Creation of a 2026 "Sensory Blueprint" - this includes custom color theories, textile sourcing (velvets, stones, metals), and lighting plots.
Vendor Curation (Creative Only): Source and manage the "visual" vendors: Florists, lighting designers, specialty rental houses, stationers and cake artists.
The "Mock-up" Experience: A private, curated tabletop viewing where the couple experiences the textures, scents and place settings in person months before the wedding.
On-site Styling (Event Day): Our styling team spends the day exclusively focused on the "perfect frame" - ensuring every candle, floral stem and lounge vignette is editorial-ready.
Perfect for the couple who is "logistically confident" but visually overwhelmed. It provides you with a high-end designer's eye without the cost of full-service logistical management.
The Collaborator
Designed for the "hands-on" couple who has secured their venue and 1 to 3 key vendors but needs professional expertise to help bridge the gap and finalize the vision 6 to 9 months out.
Vendor Integration: Taking over communication for the remaining vendor slots and reviewing all existing contracts.
Logistics Blueprint: Creating the master 2026 "minute-to-minute" timeline and venue diagrams.
Final Execution: Management of the ceremony rehearsal and full day-of coordination, including guests and vendors.
Offers the perfect balance for couples who enjoy the creative process but realize the final 90 days are too time-consuming to manage alone. Also includes custom mood board and design proposal, regular correspondence, budget guidance, and emergency kit.
